Position

Build strong relationships with internal partners across the organization, in particular the event producers – the event project managers, and the content programmers/planners
Developing an event marketing strategy including goals, objectives, and target audiences
Coordinating with event vendors/planners to ensure that all elements of the event are delivered as planned
Coordinating with internal departments to ensure that all materials are printed or created in time for the event
Communicating (mainly Korean) with clients for any concerns or questions about the event’s progress/ project Researching trends in event planning to develop new ideas for future events
Create ideas and topics for the contents related to promotion for the company’s services and products.
Implement the plan, compose, and edit posters in Korean on requirements
Manage Korean contents of the company's social media and website (creating, posting, contacting...) and carry out research when assigned.
Other tasks will be discussed in the interview.

What you need to have:

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Korean, Marketing, English, Journalism, ...
06+ months experience of Marketing is a plus
Public relations or marketing experience preferred
Ability to work independently and take initiative on projects
Ability to create, edit and promote engaging digital content and support brand development
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, experience with Canva, Adobe a plus
Have knowledge of the software product marketing is a plus.
Well organized and detail oriented.
Strong written and oral communication skills in Korean
Good English reading & writing

Salary: Negotiable

Working time: from Monday to Friday; 8:30 – 12:00; 13:00 – 17:30
